Aloft Long Island City-Manhattan View

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Long Island City, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. A special shout-out to JP, who truly went above and beyond — friendly, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. It’s clear he takes pride in making guests feel at home, and it made a big difference in my experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a great vibe that reflects the energy of Long Island City. The location is fantastic — convenient, walkable, and close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. It’s also very accessible from JFK Airport, which made traveling in and out stress-free. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent service, a great location, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

Didn’t have an issue with this place. Pretty good price for the duration that I stayed. Stayed in the guest king room and honestly not so much space to work with if you have a lot of luggage but it worked for me as a solo traveller. Bed super comfy and shower pressure was so good!! Had to go all the way downstairs for boiling water though but other than that located in Long Island which is one subway stop from manhattan. Great for a first time traveller to NYC. Didn’t get the great view everyone else was talking about.

if you are looking for the best place, affordable , safest . you should choose this hotel. we booked 4 nights. room with double bed. large and nice view . the lobby is young with coffee tea etc.. the bar is awsome. the staff is great and helpful. 1 min from the hotel we took subways straight to time square 3 stations and also to soho with no change- definitely we will come back. home far away from home

Truly enjoyed this hotel. Area felt very safe. Subway not too far from the hotel making it easy to get around. Perfect amount of space for a NYC hotel room, even included a fridge. Lighting in the mirror area is excellent, shower felt amazing! Everything is placed very strategically throughout the room. Had a great view of the city. The attendants at the front desk were great, Kim went above and beyond to give us local food recommendations.

This was my first time in New York, and the staff at Aloft made sure that it was memorable! My room had a beautiful view of the Brooklyn Bridge through the large windows. The room itself was well-maintained and did not feel stuffy like I tend to see with taller buildings. Even though this was a solo trip, I loved the games and pool table in the common area as well. The building has 2 train stations less than a 10 minute walk away so it is great if you are using the metro as your primary mode of transport. As a foodie who would be too tired to commute at times, I really appreciated that there were both nicer and more casual restaurants just a few steps away from the hotel, usually around a 5 min walk. Fred Garcias was extremely considerate and accommodating, even when I had to check out much earlier than expected. He ensured that I was sent off with a little breakfast since I would have missed out otherwise. Thank you so much for an amazing stay, I will definitely be coming back!

I enjoyed my stay, the view was really nice. Took pictures on the roof top as well. The front desk was nice and very helpful. Parking was very easy due to the parking garage next door. They also have a bar.

Great option to see the city. More affordable than Manhattan, but easy to take the subway to the different boroughs! Staff was awesome. Gold elite, but they let me check in early and stay late when my flight got delayed. Thanks for making our trip to NYC great!

Expected it to be more posh. Comfy bed, clean enough and spacious. Walk w water bc an apple is $2 and theres ONE bottle of complimentary water even tho its 2 guests lol. Could def hear ppl in the hallway while sleeping thankfully they weren’t rowdy. Rooftop view is breathtaking. Found one good taco spot around the corner w good drinks thankfully. This hotel should have a little cafe or food spot instead of $3 chobani n $4 standard soda though, its a nice hotel w a small bar. Expected more but it was ok enough.
